There are two distinct entities of S R Foundation, Inc., (i) The S R Foundation for Education and Research, USA, a tax-exempt charitable 501(c)(3) organization under U. S. IRS regulation, and (ii) The S R Education and Research Foundation, India, a tax-exempt Section 25 organization under Indian Companies Act.

The S R Foundation for Education and Research, USA will have an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will be responsible for the long term planning and strategy for S R Foundation that will be implemented in India. The Advisory Board will specifically undertake following areas:

• Strategy Review and Planning
• Fund Raising
• Academic Programs
• International Collaboration

The S R Education and Research Foundation, India will have a Managing Committee. The Managing Committee will be responsible for implementing the Foundation’s plan in India. Specifically, the SRFER, India will (i) look after the day to day operations of the colleges, hospitals and clinics in India, (ii) ensure that academic programs not only meet Indian standards but are on par with international standards, (iii) initiate and conducting veterinary research programs important to India, and (iv) establish collaborations with Indian and state governments, universities and businesses.
